I think I’ve skipped one or two (for no particular reason, just boring!), but don’t worry, I’m still having them. ;-)
Baby is in a great position and has been staying that way which is nice. We’ve had no issues as far as that goes this time around. I think we’ve had a persistent head-down baby since the 3rd trimester began which is a first for me. (And I’m not complaining!) At this point there’s very little chance that baby will flip or get into a less preferable position so that is a relief! Baby is measuring normally, BP is nice and low, everything is normal and healthy. Nothing new or interesting to report.
Our midwife left us a fetoscope so we can listen in on the baby anytime we want. That’s kind of fun to mess with. :)
We’ve ordered our birth kit and only have a couple more items to collect before time. Sometimes it is so hard to remember everything. But mostly, I feel fairly prepared. I’m enjoying a home study course in Hypnobabies and I listen to MP3s of all the scripts which is nice and relaxing. (But it often puts me to sleep… again, not complaining!)
I’m getting big and uncomfortable and irritable but miraculously still sleeping fairly well and I’m quite tired a lot (which is about right for this stage). I’m so ready to go into hibernation (or seclusion or solitary confinement… whichever), but I can’t because I have about 230982350823098 gigs over the next 3 weeks. (I might be exaggerating a tad, but just a tad.) UGH. I mean, I’m grateful because it’s very helpful right now to have the work. I accepted it all because we need it. But…ugh. :-P
I guess it’s the storm before the calm?

Sounds good, except for the million gigs - hopefully you plow your through them and then get to sit back and enjoy your newest LO for a while in peace (whenever LO chooses to make his/her grand entrance)!!!!
